In the glass, its cherry-pink appearance already hints at the fresh, fruity aromas. A complex, intense bouquet with exuberant cherry aromas and blossoms develops into soft notes of candied fruit and a touch of toffee. On the opulent, well-balanced palate, this French rosé once again delights with floral characteristics that lead into a long finish. Vinification of Arrogant Frog Ribet Pink This rosé is produced using the “Rosé de Saignée” method. First, the grapes are completely destemmed and cooled down to 10 degrees Celsius. The must is then vinified like a red wine – but after a few hours, the free-run juice is drawn off and transferred to another stainless steel tank. This wine ferments on the lees for 2 weeks.
