Varietal Verdejo - José Pariente

The wine is a light, shiny straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose it has a fragrant, slightly grassy bouquet with fresh aromas of gooseberries, fresh herbs, citrus fruits such as lime, grapefruit and lemon peel, as well as cassis blossoms. There are also delicate exotic notes and a hint of fennel. The taste is very juicy, with animating freshness, racy acidity and fine minerality. The fragrant aromas of the bouquet can also be felt on the palate, finely wrapped in the slightly creamy texture that the short yeast storage gives it. The wine is full-bodied with a beautiful balance of fullness, fruit and freshness and shows an elegant note in the finish with the delicate bitter note characteristic of Verdejo.Suitable accompaniment to starters, fish and seafood, pasta, rice and white meat. Smoked dishes, soft cheese and sausage specialties are also recommended.
