Made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Syrah, it comes from vineyards cultivated with a high planting density that enhances the aromatic concentration of the grapes.The harvest is done manually with careful selection of the bunches. Fermentation is spontaneous and conducted on the skins for about 20 days, enhancing the structure and intensity of the wine. Only the free-run juice ages in French oak barrels for an extended period, followed by further aging in bottles, to ensure a perfect balance between power and finesse.Visually, it presents an intense ruby red color.
