Joseph Drouhin Beaujolais-Villages AOC 0,75 ℓ
Beaujolais-Villages by Joseph Drouhin is a red wine produced in the Beaujolais region, a historical-geographical region of France with unique characteristics. It is made exclusively from Gamay grapes, a grape variety that finds its maximum expression in this region, with soil composed mainly of schist and pink granite and a distinctive microclimate. The grapes and musts are carefully selected by partner producers, following a strict quality protocol. The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo a short maceration, between 6 and 10 days, in whole bunches. This technique allows to extract the maximum of the fruity characteristics of the Gamay. Subsequently, the wine is aged in tanks for a period that varies from 6 to 8 months, thus maintaining freshness and lightness. It is characterized by a bright raspberry color. On the nose it presents a fine and intense bouquet with notes of violet, peony and red fruit syrups. In the mouth it is fresh and silky, with a long persistence that enhances its fruity notes and freshness. This red wine is particularly suitable to accompany cold cuts, white meat dishes or fresh cheeses.| Praghas |
