This unusual and exceptional blend of Assyrtiko and Rolle grapes, typical of the Languedoc region, adds another white wine to the estate's collection. The nose offers delicate aromas of meadow herbs and ripe mirabelle plums. On the palate, it is slightly salty with hints of mint and exotic fruits.
