Geografico Borgo alla Terra Toscana IGT Governo all'Uso Toscano 0,75 ℓ

The Tuscan Government of Geografico was born in the hills around San Gimignano and is part of the premium line Borgo alla Terra. The wine is a blend of Sangiovese, Malvasia Nera and Canaiolo, vinified with the traditional government technique. The method of the Tuscan government consists in inducing a second fermentation by adding a small percentage of dried grapes to the freshly fermented new wine. Ruby red in color, it releases aromas of red and black fruit, black cherry and plums on the nose, with hints of aromatic herbs. The sip is soft, with velvety tannins. Excellent in the company of the classic ribollita, noble poultry and beef stew with vegetables.
