Jermann Red Angel Venezia Giulia IGT Pinot Nero 0,75 ℓ

Jermann's Pinot Noir Red Angel was born in vineyards located in the heart of Collio. The Jermann family, thanks to its passion for wine, has managed to gain a place at the top of Italian and world wine. It is produced exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes, which are vinified in temperature-controlled tanks. The wine ages for a few months in small oak barrels, before bottling and marketing. It is characterized by a ruby red color. The nose opens with aromas of flowers and berries, with delicate spicy notes. On the palate it is fresh and delicate, with good persistence. Perfect to accompany baked fish and first courses with truffles.
