SANKT VEIT Cabernet Cubin - Genossenschaftskellerei Heilbronn

Our red wine SANKT VEIT Cabernet Cubin dry is a cross between Lemberger and Cabernet Sauvignon and is a great wine for which only the very best grapes form the basis. He was allowed to enjoy a maturity of up to 24 months in the small oak barrels. The result is a wine with a unique density, delicate and spicy fruit and impressive fullness. It brings impressive scents of currants and peppers, in addition to a nice spiciness and a pleasant chocolate and mocha aroma. The palate is also spicy but extremely elegant with deep fruit, concentrated power and a memorable finish. The grapes of our SANKT Veit series were expanded in four expressive variants: the quality wines Cabernet Cubin dry, dry red and dry Riesling and a German Prädikatswein Samtrot Auslese. The grapes grow on old vines in the best locations, where they could enjoy the most hours of sunshine during the wine year and where the soil harmonizes well with the cultivated grape varieties. The optimal reading time guarantees a pure and authentic and full bodied bouquet. All this gives the SANKT VEIT wines a distinctive and intense character. All SANKT VEIT wines are made with a lot of craftsmanship and great experience typical of the variety and partly matured in oak barrels.
