The grapes are harvested by hand when they are optimally ripe and mashed in stainless steel tanks for fermentation. The wine is then aged 35% in new French oak barrels and 65% in second and third-use French oak barrels. After 16 months of maturation, the wines made from Malbec, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Petit Verdot grapes are tasted and the assemblage is made. Complex nose of pomegranate, cassis, cherry and spices. In the mouth, fine-grained tannins and a subtle balance of fruit, spicy elements and well-integrated acidity.
