The Burgundy terroir is composed of a fantastic mosaic of “climats”, very precise limits with distinct geological characteristics. On these countless parcels, the two regional grape varieties, the Chardonnay and the Pinot Noir, have endless possibilities, producing crus with an exceptional variety.
