In the mouth, this is seductively creamy, subtly honeyed, and liqueur-like, yet penetrating and with enlivening citric brightness. It’s like a figure skater, projecting energy, concentration, and incisiveness yet also cool elegance, long line, and levity, so that when its blades leave the ice you wonder whether they will ever touch down again.
