Pian di Stio Evoluzione Fiano - Azienda Agricola San Salvatore

Pian di Stio Evoluzione is a project dedicated to enhancing the region and its native grape varieties. The Fiano grapes come from a specific micro-terroir in Stio, where only selected grapes are fermented and aged in French oak barrels. The wine displays an intense golden-yellow color with notes of hazelnuts, caramelized almonds, and vanilla. On the palate, it is full-bodied.
