A firm, somewhat subdued, cool, and quite complex citrus-peach aroma with delicate herbal notes, pronounced minerality, and floral hints. On the palate, the fruit is tart yet ripe and juicy, with very fine acidity, a certain creaminess, and good persistence. The minerality is again pronounced and tart, clearly indicating its origin. There are tobacco nuances in the background, along with bacon-like smoky notes. It's still a little unsettled, but the finish is very good.
