The little fox (Spanish: El Zorrito) is a frequent and welcome guest in the vineyards of Santa Julia and lends its name to the wine. Santa Julia's natural wines are produced with minimal human intervention. No sulfites are added, and only natural yeasts are used. The wine is bottled unfiltered. The nose offers delicate aromas of tropical fruits, a hint of honey and orange, and green apples. Well-balanced, this is a robust yet elegant Chardonnay with considerable presence.
