In the foothills of the Santa Lucia hill, this Cabernet Sauvignon is cultivated with great care and patience, gently exposed to sunlight, and harvested late. The result is a wine with red fruit aromas and floral nuances. Through careful aging for twelve months, half in new oak barrels, and subsequent bottle maturation, the wine develops impressive structure and body, while aromas of tobacco, bay leaves, and graphite unfold harmoniously.
