The vineyards of this domaine are located on a plain and are among the oldest sites of the Crozes Hermitage appellation. Carefully, the Syrah grapes are harvested and immediately brought to the winery. There, the grapes are first fermented in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation is complete, this wine rounds out harmoniously for a total of 12 months in oak barrels.
