Cepa 50 Monastrell Alicante D.O. Pinoso

With the expert support of Jean Natoli, the winegrowers of the Pinoso cooperative press the extremely dense, complex CEPA 50 exclusively from grapes from vines that are more than 50 years old. The wine must come from vineyards that are not irrigated (agricultura de secano). The vines root particularly deeply in search of water, which keeps the yield low, but the wines are all the more extract-rich and complex and have a long finish. Fine nuances of dark chocolate, ripe, dark cherries and a spicy freshness form a harmonious overall picture.
