Cherub Rosé - Montes

Montes and Syrah, a story in itself. Cherub is the Rosé chapter and at the same time part of the other big story about the angels who always accompany, protect and guide Montes. Montes is responsible for the winesthen again itself. Cherub Rosé comes from his El Arcángel winery in Marchigüe, where the vines are already feeling the Pacific. The grapes are picked by hand, pressed immediately and the must coolFermented in stainless steel tanks to capture every facet of their fragrant, fresh fruit. Since 2016, the initially pure Syrah has been supplemented with a small portion of Grenache, which Cherub rounds off and completes beautifully. Salmon pink, elegant and lively with expressive aromas of juicy, ripe red berries, cherries,Pomegranate seeds and a delicious aftertaste of pear and sweet spices.
