A herbal-spicy nose with plenty of vineyard peach and tart citrus zest, a hint of iced candy and some fresh hay with chamomile. Clear and delicately juicy, a firm body with a straightforward structure, a very tightly wound waist and powerful backbone, invigorating and refreshing with plenty of character. High mineral concentration on the palate with plenty of rock, a crumbly and almost dusty finish, a hint of perfectly integrated extract sweetness, slightly astringent, deep and complex. A herbal-spicy finish with tart grapefruit, salty minerality with a subtle punch and a touch of salt.
