The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Rheinhessen. Here, the vines drive their roots deep into soils of limestone and loess. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the press house. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally bottled.
