The Blanc is an Old World wine through and through, as this Spaniard exudes an exceptional European charm that clearly underlines the success of wines from the Old World. The grapes for this white wine from Spain are harvested exclusively by hand once optimal ripeness has been ensured. After hand-picking, the grapes are immediately brought to the press house. There they are sorted and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is aged for several months on the fine lees before finally being bottled.
