Vinification of Sankt Laurent from Kesselring This red wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Saint Laurent. Only the best hand-selected grapes were used for this exceptionally well-balanced varietal wine from Kesselring. After hand harvesting, the grapes are brought to the press house as quickly as possible. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is aged for several months on the fine lees before it is finally bottled.
