In Veneto, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on volcanic rock soils. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. There they are sorted and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, the Garganega Caliverna can continue to harmonize for several months on the fine lees.
