Beaune Clos des Mouches Blanc Premier Cru - Domaine Chanson

Chanson is one of the main owners of Clos des Mouches with a vineyard of 4.5 hectares. A sunny terroir benefiting from an ideal location on the hill at the southern end of the Beaune vineyards on a spur towards Pommard. A plot of 2 hectares on the upper side of the hill is planted with Chardonnay on a limestone subsoil covered with sand. Light golden color. Floral scents (acacia) mixed with aromas of citrus and green almonds with a hint of spices. Balanced with good tension. Precise and deep texture. Long and generous finish with a touch of minerality.
