Château d'Aussières

The Grand Vin of Domaines d'Aussières. Produced only in small quantities, it possesses great density and depth, and above all, finesse. Château d'Aussières ages for 12-16 months in barriques, 40% of which is in new oak. Only grapes from the finest plots are used. The aromas of the South immediately emerge on the nose. Herbs such as rosemary and lavender, in particular, immediately evoke a desire for equally spicy dishes.
