The Malbec grape is also an ideal cuvée partner, in this case the congenial partner is the Cabernet Sauvignon, a proven duo. After the two varieties have been married and fermented in stainless steel tanks, the wine is matured in used French oak barrels. On the nose there are fine nuances of red and black fruits such as cherries, cassis, plums and blackberries. On the palate, a hint of tobacco, vanilla and some dark chocolate complement the aromas, all with gentle tannins. Overall very balanced.
