Initially, aromas of juicy gooseberries, vegetal notes of green peppers and freshly ground white bell pepper are revealed. Gradually, nuances of lemon peel, kiwi and melon are added. On the palate, this South African white wine is convincing with a medium body that harmonizes perfectly with the variety of aromas and the refreshing texture. The final touch is given to this wine by a mineral touch. The name Southern Right comes from the protected Southern Right Whale (southern right whale) living in the subpolar and temperate seas of the southern hemisphere.
