The reason for this is its yellow fruity aromas, which, in conjunction with longer yeast storage, develop into a wonderfully soft, creamy aroma and depth. The Chardonnay Sparkling Wine Brut from Karl Pfaffmann also enchants with aromas of mirabelle plum, apricot, papaya, herbal spices and even mango combined with a fine brioche note. Its low residual sugar content and its fine bubbles give it a lightness that makes it irresistible, on its own or as an accompaniment to food.
