The grapes for our red wine ST. KILIAN Lemberger dry come from specially selected vineyards. They were fully ripe and harvested in perfect health by hand at the perfect time. The fine elegance, the majestic taste, the enormous depth and opulent sustainability of this quality wine testify to a careful expansion in the cellar. The 18-month maturation period in the new oak barrels (barrique), is reflected in the multi-faceted aromas of blackberries, some green pepper, chocolate and elderberry and the noble tannin structure again.
