Armantine Crémant de Loire AOP Brut Amirault - Le Clos des Quarterons

Armantine Mabileau was Xavier Amirault's great-grandmother. She came from Anjou and added the white Chenin Blanc variety from Anjou to the family vineyard, which consisted mainly of Cabernet Franc. The ARMANTINE is vinified from 100% Chenin Blanc. Very fine nose with ripe apple, blackcurrant and a little mint. Complex, full-bodied and refreshing on the palate. The reason for this is the perfect perlage, which makes all taste buds rejoice and makes the difference between a sparkling drink and a highly sophisticated sparkling wine.
