These berries, which were specially selected by hand for this purpose, were allowed to reach their tastefully perfect beauty and maturity for some time in a small 225-liter barrique barrel after vinification. Here a delicate scent of dark chocolate is combined with a very concentrated palate play of roasted almonds. A unique beauty from the sun-drenched 2020 vintage.
