The Zilliken Bockstein Riesling GG presents a multi-faceted bouquet that continuously develops with sufficient ventilation. Aromas of ripe stone fruit, citrus fruits as well as herbal, spicy, floral and mineral nuances reveal themselves here. In the mouth, the wine is wonderfully melty, powerful and yet elegant. These characteristics are in excellent harmony with the fruit sweetness. The finish is characterized by the typical slate minerality and also shows a slight saltiness.
