91-93/100 vinous The 2018 Saint-Aubin En l’Ebaupin 1er Cru is a new addition to this diminutive domaine, courtesy of vines planted in 2015, pruned short with six buds per vines. It has a crisp, delineated bouquet with crushed slate filtering through the citrus fruit; precise and a little austere at the moment. The well-defined palate offers a touch of praline on the opening. There is a fine bead of acidity here. Very harmonious, with a hint of apricot and dried mango toward the finish. Superb.
