Château de L’Hospital Graves Blanc AOC - Château de l'Hospital

Typical white Graves. Cuvée made from 50% Sémillon and 50% Sauvignon Blanc. Partially fermented in barriques followed by a long storage on the fine yeast. Subtle golden reflections in the glass, nutty notes, vanilla and roasted aromas on the nose. Creamy on the palate, ripe tropical fruit. Very good, not at all forced use of wood, as you would expect from a sophisticated white Bordeaux. So much elegance, a real asset!
