La Rioja Alta 904

One of La Rioja Alta's two flagship Gran Reserva wines, first released in 1904. The wine comes up with a share of the old Rioja variety Graciano, which brings freshness and additional aromatic complexity. The wine matured for around 4 years in used barriques from our own production. The bouquet is rich in nuances and intense and ranges from dark berries, mint, almonds, freshly roasted coffee beans to vanilla and balsamic notes. Structured on the palate with fine-grained, soft tannins, good body and a very long, fresh and elegant finish.
