Woodbridge White Zinfandel - Robert Mondavi

A large proportion of the Zinfandel grapes come from Lodi, one of the oldest AVAs in California. Mediterranean warm and dry, but refreshed by cool breezes from the San Joaquín Delta, Lodi offers the best conditions for perfect aromatic ripeness. Additional grapes from the North and Central Valley (Zinfandel and complementary grape varieties) complete the blend with complexity and fullness on the palate. Partly prepared using the saignée process, the White Zinfandel unfolds its delicate rosé color and delicate grape variety aromas. The cool fermentation in the stainless steel tank underlines its distinctive fruit and freshness. Fragrant bouquet with notes of watermelon, strawberries and sour cherries. Juicy, fruity and lively on the palate with a wonderful balance of fresh acidity and an elegant hint of residual sweetness.
