Franciacorta DOCG Satèn Brut - Clarabella

SATÈN means silky in Italian and refers to a certain type of Franciacorta: a Blanc de Blancs made only from Chardonnay grapes, which develops a particularly fine, smooth perlage after at least 24 months of yeast storage. Part of the base wine is aged in wood. Strong minerality, interesting slightly salty note, fine mousse with a fresh, crisp finish.
