Due Palme Tenuta Albrizzi Salento IGP Primitivo Cabernet Sauvignon 0,75 ℓ

Albrizzi red wine is produced by Cantine Due Palme, located in the Cellino San Marco area, in the province of Brindisi. The company, founded in 1989, produces wines from typical Salento grapes, such as Negroamaro, Malvasia Nera, Primitivo and Susumaniello. The vines are cultivated with Alberello Pugliese, the type of cultivation of the typical plant of this region. Albrizzi is a blend of Primitivo and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. After the harvest, the grapes macerate and ferment in horizontal rotating silos, and then refine briefly in American oak barrels. In the glass the wine appears ruby red in color. The nose opens on aromas of ripe fruit and spices, with vegetal and smoked notes. The sip is warm and full, with a long persistence. Ideal in combination with stewed beef rolls and stewed meats.
