The Romagna Sangiovese Superiore Caciara by Enio Ottaviani comes from its own vineyards located on the hills of San Clemente, in the province of Rimini. At the end of the harvest, the grapes are fermented in concrete vats. Before being bottled, the wine matures in concrete and large barrels. It is presented in the glass with a purple red color. The nose reveals an intense and characteristic scent of red fruits. In the mouth it is dry and harmonious, with good body. Perfect to accompany grilled meat, it goes well with aged cheeses.
