The vineyards, covering an area of 70 hectares, are cultivated on calcareous soils of alluvial-moraine origin.The ripasso technique is a traditional practice in Valpolicella, involving re-fermenting the wine on the fermented pomace of dried grapes used to produce Amarone. This process enriches the wine with aromas, tannins, and color, giving it greater structure and complexity.In appearance, this wine presents an intense red color with garnet reflections.
