Revì Trentodoc Rosé is an elegant sparkling wine with a decisive touch, capable of expressing the Trentino territory in the momentum and dynamism of a well-crafted bubble. Pinot Noir is the blend used in purity for this Metodo Classico sparkling wine which, following the second fermentation, remains on the lees for at least 72 months. Ancient in colour and with a fine perlage, it releases delicate red fruits on the nose such as currant and blueberry, accompanied by the toasted hints of bread crust and yeast. Its olfactory density does not spare even vanilla and chocolate aromas to endow the palate with great persistence, excellent freshness and minerality finished by a capable saline rib.Ideal for non-committed aperitifs based on cheeses and cured meats but also excellent with risotto based on shellfish.
