Salvan's Vermouth Rosso Dolce is a Dolomite vermouth that tells an ancient story, evoking coniferous forests and mountain herbs. Produced through the infusion of over 20 botanicals, it features the distinctive flavors of wormwood, hyssop, gentian, yarrow and horsetail. Salvan's vermouth presents notes of citrus and candied fruit on the nose, followed by delicate hints of cloves and cinnamon. It recalls aromas of chamomile, lemon balm, sage and liquorice root, with a balsamic and sylvan finish of resin and eucalyptus. In the mouth it is balsamic, with a strong and resinous entry that recalls the flavors of the forest in the rain, sweetened by candied fruit and made complex by toasted flavours. Ideal to enjoy alone, with ice or mixed.
