This Champagne is a balanced blend of Chardonnay and black grapes, with a predominance of Pinot Noir, which reflects the diversity and richness of its terroir. Winemaking takes place in barrels and a small part of the Champagne matures in vats, especially reserve wines and does not undergo any filtration during bottling. This process gives the wine an extraordinary purity and an intense expression of the terroir. Visually, it presents an intense straw yellow color. On the nose, notes of bread crust enriched by pleasant nuances of honey stand out.
