An expressive nose of ripe, macerated cherry, plum, and blackcurrant with a spicy touch. This blend harmoniously balances fruitiness with a spicy oak note. New French oak barrels round out the wine for 24 months before it is aged unfiltered for a further 24 months in the bottle.
