Grüner Veltliner Steinfeder Ried Alte Point Schmidl

Ried Alte Point is located on the outskirts of Mautern, a warm location on the valley floor. Wine was already grown here in Roman times. Danube gravel lies beneath the superficial weathered rock. We were particularly impressed by the Steinfeder Veltliner among the first samples from this up-and-coming young winery. So weightless and playful and yet full-bodied long.
