Scarpa Barolo DOCG Monvigliero 0,75 ℓ

Barolo Monvigliero is one of the most important labels of the Scarpa winery, located on the hills of Nizza Monferrato (AT). This wine is born on vineyards located in the municipality of Verduno. Pure Nebbiolo grapes are vinified with maceration on the skins for 24 days in Allier oak vats. Racking takes place in steel tanks, while the subsequent refinement lasts 32 months and is held in Allier oak barrels. In the glass the wine appears garnet red in color. The nose expresses itself with hints of violets and roses, berries, citrus fruits, cocoa and spices. The sip is full-bodied, warm, well balanced and with a long finish. Ideal in combination with important roasts and game.
