The Cabernet Sauvignon Tenuta RoncAlto di Livon was born in the vineyards of the company, located in the DOC Collio, in Friuli. This wine is entirely produced with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. After a soft destemming and fermentation at controlled temperature, the must evolves for about 16 months in barrique, at a constant temperature of 16 ° C. After this period, bottling is carried out followed by a long period of aging in glass. It has a very intense ruby red color. The nose offers an impressive scent of berries, followed by elegant spicy notes. In the mouth it shows a good structure, with soft tannins that accompany towards a long and persistent finish. It goes well with demanding dishes such as beef, pork and game. It is also perfect with aged cheeses.
