Piccini 1882 Rosso d'Italia Memŏro 3 ℓ, Bag in Box

Memŏro is a wine that collects in a single bottle the essence of 4 Italian regions: Apulia, from which Primitivo comes, subjected to drying; Abruzzo, where Montepulciano rises, aged for about 12 months in wood; fresh Merlot from Veneto and Nero d'Avola from Sicily, grown with excellent sun exposure. With this wine the Piccini winery wants to represent every corner of Italy and the patriotic soul of a proudly Italian family. Deep and intense ruby red colour, its vigorous fruity imprint is perceived to the nose, with aromas of cherry and figs, corroborated by elegant notes of coffee and wood. Warm and modern on the palate, it opens generously in structure and complexity, while being harmonious and soft. Excellent to combine with first courses with meat sauce, baked pasta and grilled red meats.
