Astoria Nine dot Five Cold Wine Brut 0,75 ℓ

The Nine dot Five Cold Wine Brut of Astoria is born in vineyards located on the Val del Brun estate, in the Treviso municipality of Refrontolo. It is obtained from typical aromatic varieties of Treviso, harvested before its maturation to guarantee a lower sugar content, higher acidity and a more fruity aroma. After the classic vinification processes, the second fermentation takes place at low temperature in a pressurized tank, according to the Charmat Method, for 35-40 days. Subsequently, this sparkling wine remains to refine on its noble lees for 20-30 days and is dosed with a small percentage of fine aromatic grape must to complete and harmonize the taste. It is characterized by a straw yellow colour, with light greenish reflections, and by a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with ethereal varietal aromas and yeast aromas, enriched with a pleasant aromatic note. On the palate it is dry, full and pleasantly harmonious. Perfect to accompany delicate first courses, vegetables and cheese soufflé, this sparkling wine is ideal in combination with pizza.
