Barolo Liste di Borgogno is born in vineyards located in the homonymous Cru di Barolo, in the province of Cuneo. It is obtained from pure Nebbiolo grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. Fermentation takes place, with contact maceration on the skins, in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 22-29 * C, for a duration of 12 days. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for 4 years in Slavonian oak barrels and in the bottle for another 6 months. Barolo Liste di Borgogno has a garnet red color with orange reflections. The nose opens with a broad and ethereal bouquet, with hints of cherry and iris, enriched by elegant notes of goudron. On the palate it is a dry and harmonious wine, with good body and persistence. Perfect to accompany red meats and roasts, this Barolo is ideal in combination with game and aged cheeses.
